The businesses listed on iniPax have been groomed to the point where they are worth considering by investors who know what they're doing. The grooming doesn't make them into good investments, it just means that investors won't waste time finding out.

iniPax is not a trading platform; it is an introductory agency. Introductions don't take place, however, until the business that's looking for money is ready and able to offer a well thought out package of investment contracts (eg shares or bonds). Contracts that can be on-sold to other investors if the need arises. IniPax also handles the on-selling business.

• Each listing has a two-page downloadable summary. Click on the 'Download Summary' button for an Acrobat file.
• Some of listings supply further information: an Information Memorandum perhaps, or maybe an independent investment rating. You'll find them behind the Ratings/Reports button.
• If something takes your fancy, an eMail to iniPax will set up an introduction. It's at that point that you'll be able to ask for more detailed financials.
