Quick Pitch

An iniPax Quick Pitch document is two things:

a) a sound and concise foundation for when you (or your professional adviser) gets into preparing your business plan, and
b) a quick and to-the-point description of what your business does and how it does it - that you can hand to a potential investor.

You can put it all together yourself in your own private Workspace.

1. The Story
2. Financials... and,
3. A Pre-Due Diligence Rating.

The Story

At the beginning, it's the big picture that counts. You can get on with the details later ...

The Description template reflects a lifetime of preparing business plans and dealing with investors. It contains the questions you'll need to answer - and because there's not a lot of space, you'll need to think hard about what's important and what you'll have to leave out.

Financials

You'll also find Financial templates in the private workspace. They call for lots of (necessary) detail, but you'll have it from your iniPax QuickFin report or from your accountant.

Rating

In the private workspace, you'll find the Rating template. It's a series of 'Yes / No / Maybe / Dunno' questions, hidden behind which is a sophisticated scoring system (without the scores, it's just another set of questions ... ).It's not an investment rating, it's an assessment of what you can actually put on the table for an investor. It's what CooperRatings uses for its own purposes and it can be a checklist of whether there's anything critical still to be done ...

When you're satisfied, we'll turn them into a report like this ...
